We came up through the Smallworld side of utility GIS and kept seeing the same thing: engineering teams spending months getting the network model right, and field crews driving out with an export that was already out of date. When crews found something wrong, the correction sat in a paper stack for weeks. The data existed. The accuracy existed, somewhere. It just couldn't get to the people who needed it most. That's the problem this company was built to fix, without asking anyone to replace the systems they already own.
